I find it peaceful and relaxing to run early in the morning in the dark. I know it isn’t “safe” but it relaxes me. I love seeing the beautiful sunrise too! I ran an easy 2 miles. Today is a half day at school but my day ends at 4pm due to meetings. Have a great day!!

Happy Saturday! Love running in the Fall. Great weather and pretty colors. ❤️❤️ Ran 5 miles and felt great. Took it nice and slow the first 4 miles and then picked up the pace for the last mile. ⬅️ Not my fastest but the fastest I’ve done in about a year.

Fall running is the best! The weather and the beautiful colors of the leaves makes it pleasant and relaxing. Running in the morning is my own free time to reflect and appreciate everything I have. Not everything may not be “perfect” but I am still a very lucky person. ❤️🏃🏻‍♀️🍁🍂

First day of Fall! It is my favorite season. Today’s 3 miles felt really good. After 5 days of MAP testing I am “excited” to get back to a “normal” school day. 😉😜 Let’s see how it goes today.

Happy Wednesday! Today’s 4 miles went better than yesterday. I am loving this weather and happy I can still wear shorts. I had to stop a few times because my heart rate kept going up but overall did better than expected and managed to get negative splits. Now time to get shower and get ready for day 3 of MAP testing. I have had so many issues these past 2 days and hoping today it goes smoother. Have a great day!!

It is hard. Today is day 3 and I am struggling. I am tired. I am exhausted. I keep telling myself that it will get easier but sometimes I wonder if I truly believe it. I ask myself if I can really do this for who knows how long?

Good morning! A 5k to start off September. Today is my 2nd day with the kids so hopefully it goes better than yesterday. The power went off so I had no Internet and could not continue with my class. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also, happy to continue with the #CaliforniaCoast500 Challenge.
