1. This past weekend I went to Fleet Feet Chicago and bought a Garmin Forerunner 10. It’s supposed to be a simple watch. When I run I only want to know distance, time, and pace. And this watch will give me just what I need. Plus, I fell in love with the color!
2. On Saturday I am off to Portland to run in state #18. It is supposed to rain and check out the elevation map. Seriously?!?!?!?

3. I finally took the plunge and took my first bikram yoga class! I can cross it off this list. I have a headache which is probably from the heat. I did like the class but I am not used to the heat. I bought a new student monthly pass so I can go as many times as I want till June 16. Definitely will take advantage of it!!

Decided not to get the Nike sportswatch?Also good luck with Portland! I plan to run there sometime soon. I wanted to sign up and the Portland Half in October but it was sold out.
Yoga- OUCHIE! What made you want to try out Bikram yoga? I have never had the patience or flexibility for that. Have a great time in Portland!
Bikram yoga is great! It takes a few classes to get used to breathing properly then its so great and just loads you with energy!And have a safe trip and fast time in Portland! enjoy
The sportswatch was more expensive. 🙁 Maybe later on.
I was just intrigued by it and wanted to know what the fuss was about. I guess I found out! I am not flexible at all but it just takes time.
